Reservations

Please book online to ensure your spot—it’s the fastest option. Phone support is available.

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. We will not charge your credit card until your service is complete.

CANCELLATION

Contact us 1 hour prior if unable to keep your appointment. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged $20.00.

Cancel 24 hours in advance for parties of 5 or more.
If not, each person will be charged $20.

Cancel 72 hours for entire spa rental. In the event of a no show you will be charged a 40% of your quoted cost.

Appointment Arrival

Arrive 10 minutes early prior to your first appointment to complete first waiver.

Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to other appointments to ensure you are ready to start. These start promptly, and we do not want you to miss any minute of relaxation.

Late arrivals may not receive the full massage time scheduled. This is based on availability, and you will be charged the full price.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is NOT included in the price of the service.

Our massage therapists work hard to provide an excellent service. Customary tipping is $15+ per massage.

QUIET SETTING

We are a haven for relaxation. We require you to silence or turn off your cell phone during your service.

Please refrain from talking in the massage area, as this is your time to relax and we do not want disturb other guests.

Food is not allowed in the massage area.
Please be mindful of any disturbing noise.

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE

You will be fully clothed during your massage. We ask you to wear comfortable clothing that is easily accessible for our massage therapist to provide the massage.

Tank tops or a loose neck shirt are perfect. We have tank tops and smocks available.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

18+ always welcomed.

We require a parent or legal guardian to accompany minors between the ages of 12-17 with a massage service.

Children of any age may get a 30 Minute Foot Massage and/or 15 Minute Scalp Massages when accompanied by an adult also receiving a service.

CHILDREN

While we love children, we do not allow children in the spa while you are receiving services.

Children cannot be left in the lobby while a massage is being performed.

PERSONAL ITEMS

We are not responsible for any items that may be lost or misplaced.

Please make sure you leave valuable items at home or secured in a safe place outside of Utopia.

GIFT CARDS

Available for purchase and make the perfect gift for anyone.

Non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Valid for services only (not applicable to gratuity).

Never expire and may be redeemed at both our Grant Park and Smyrna locations.

We do our very best to accommodate special requests; however, we cannot guarantee availability at all times due to scheduling and other factors. Rest assured, all of our therapists are highly skilled and dedicated to your care. We encourage you to try different team members and discover more than one you love!
